Why there is no contact form
A contact form would collect your name, your email address and your message, and store or transmit them through this website. This site is built on a promise that it collects nothing at all — no cookies, no analytics, no form submissions, no third-party requests. Adding a form would break that promise for a convenience that an email link already provides.
Writing to us by email means your message travels through your own mail provider and ours, and nothing passes through this website. See the privacy policy for what happens to an email you send us.
No telephone
We do not operate a telephone line for this website and do not publish a number. Everything is handled in writing, which also means there is a record of it for both of us.
Corrections
If you believe something we have published is wrong, please say which page, which statement, and — if you have one — a source. Our correction procedure is set out in section 7 of the editorial policy. Corrections already made are listed in the main article.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent publisher. We do not sell, supply, licence, support, refund or cancel any product mentioned on this site. For an existing subscription — billing, cancellation, technical support, refunds — you need the seller’s own support channel, not us. We have no access to your account and cannot act on it.
